- Manage production AKS clusters for global banking clients — executing version upgrades, node pool scaling, SKU changes, and ongoing maintenance with zero-downtime requirements.
- Follow controlled upgrade processes: control plane first, then system and user node pools sequentially with surge settings to protect running workloads.
- Perform cluster performance tuning, right-sizing, and cost optimisation while maintaining application SLAs.
